Course Description:
The Armor Your Self™: How To Survive A Career In Law Enforcement is a course derived from John Marx book of the same name. The course will discuss the hidden dangers of a career in law enforcement and give participants suggestions about how they can strengthen and condition themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to promote Tactical Resilience™. All participants will receive materials to assist in their own personal development as well as material that can be taken back to their agencies and shared in roll call and staff meetings.

What Attendee Will Receive:
All participants will learn resilience building tactics and techniques that can be done every day to minimize the hidden dangers of a career in law enforcement.  All participants will also receive printed materials on the thumb drive to assist in their own personal development as well as material that can be taken back to their agencies and shared in roll call and staff meetings.
